Bayside Hockey Club's presentation night has finally arrived.  Tomorrow night is going to be very exciting - we are in our new venue, with our new club name.
Goodluck to everyone involved, it has been a great year so let us take it out in style!

I will post up the winners Sunday (fingers crossed - dependant on hangover)

Cheers!

Unfortunately, last week we lost our game to make the Grand final.  I honestly let the nerves get to me, and I played terribly.  Such a shame as all the girls worked so hard and played brilliantly.

When we reach the finals again, there will be a few things I do differently.  I read this really interesting article on the OBO Keeping resources website about handling nerves "OBO Keeping Resources 2.0 - Handling Nerves"

A TV channel?  Thats certainly something different.  Its hard to picture how to do that in a game without being that situation I guess, but I am willing to give it a go.  Has anyone tried this method or something similar? How did it work for you?
